破碎机

破碎机主要适用于番茄、洋葱、苹果、辣椒、草莓、黑莓、胡萝卜等物料的破碎。整机由进料斗、侧盖、机身、主轴、轴承座、电机、机架、出料斗等组成。

工作时电机经一堆皮带轮等速驱动主轴旋转，主轴上装有飞刀高速旋转。物料由提升机上自由落入进料斗中，被告诉旋转的飞刀切碎，由于离心力的作用，物料由腰型孔的筛网落入另置的储槽中，然后由输料泵泵入下道工序。

Fruit crusher is mainly used for crushing of fruit and vegetable such as

tomato, onion, apple, pepper, strawberry, carrot etc.

Fruit crusher consists of side cover, flying blade, sieve, machine body and

spindle etc. The whole machine is composed of material feeding hopper, side

cover, machine body, spindle, bearing seat, motor, machine frame and

material discharging hopper, etc.

The motor will drive the spindle at a constant speed to rotate through a

pair of pulleys. The spindle is installed with flying blade for high speed
