套管杀菌机
本设备适用于番茄、洋葱、辣椒、草毒、黑毒、胡萝卜、桃子、杏 子等物浓缩后的物料进行杀菌。
本套管式杀菌机主要由储罐、转子泵、高压输送泵、四层套管式 或(多管)换热器、过热水发生器、热水耀、GIP罐、热水泵、CIP罐和电器控制柜等组成。
设有加热段、杀菌保持段、冷却段，管组结构简单，阻力小。
液晶里示操作屏，用于全自动装置的PLG系统和用子装置中重要 温度纪录的多道式纪录仪。
采用进口阀门，西门子或者欧姆龙电气控制元件，触摸屏直接显示设备运行的每个必要参数，以便随时监控，确保设备运行稳定。
性能特点
- 带有法兰蒸汽隔离空气的保护，启动自动控制，清洗泵流量比同类产品大。
- 物料流通的夹缝设导流装置，增强传热效果，避免产品加热死角，有效预防物料流通
- 内壁结垢。
- 物料的加热-保温段结构搭配合理，保证温度稳定，产品安全。
- 清洗过程包含了过热水和冷却水流道，预防内壁结垢，影响热交换效果，对管道杀菌
- 采用过热水的加热方法，提高了热效率。
The sterilizer is composed of four layer sleeving pipe or multi-pipe. Heat
exchanger; Stepless speed change conveying pump, holder, closed water
barrel, superheating water generator, frame, controller etc.
Includes heating section, sterilizing section and cooling section. Tube
group has the features of simple structure and small resistance.
With the flange isolates air protection, automatic and pneumatic control,
the output and reflux is controlled by valves via thermal resistance and
PLC. Capacity and lift of the cleaning pump is larger than the similar
