检果机

检果机主要适用于各种果蔬的挑拣与输送。根据客户要求设计输送形式如不锈钢滚杠式或者工程链板式。

根据客户要求设计喷淋装置，集水槽。根据客户要求设计废果收集输送装置。根据客户场地要求设计尺寸。

该设备由机架、减速机、滚杠等部件组成。原料进入该机后，在重力作用下，原料自行单层铺平于滚杠表面，由于滚杠与厦门的轨道保持接触，使得滚杠在公转的同时也在工作面上作同方向的自转，物料即在不停旋转，并由出料方面移至下道工序，操作工即可在物料移动的过程中将不合格的果蔬检出，以保证果蔬的质量。
